Return

If the goods you have purchased do not meet your expectations, you may return them to our online shop. The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs of the returned goods.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Protect the original packaging from damage during transit. The original packaging (e.g. the manufacturer’s box) forms part of the product and it is important that it is returned in an undamaged condition. Inadequate packaging may result in damage during transit.

How to pack returned goods correctly:

1. Do not stick labels directly onto the original box. Use separate packaging – for example, a shipping box into which you can place the original box, or cling film to protect the parcel from damage.

2. Fill the space around the box with suitable material (e.g. paper, bubble wrap) to prevent the contents from shifting and becoming damaged during transit. For Birkenstock products, ensure that the straps are unfastened before packing. If the straps are fastened tightly during transit, the buckles may be indented, leaving permanent marks and reducing the value of the product.

3. Seal the shipping box with adhesive tape. Returned products must be clean and show no signs of wear and tear. Products must be sent with all manufacturer’s labels attached and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please do not forget to include the completed return form and a copy of your proof of purchase from our shop.

We will refund the money to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Online card payments will be refunded to the account linked to the card. Products purchased from our online shop cannot be returned in person.

IMPORTANT: Goods must be sent via any carrier with delivery to the address or as a parcel to be collected in person – we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. Please always keep a copy of the dispatch confirmation.
