Who processes your data?

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the terms set out below by Buzz s.r.o. (identification number: 275 88 921, Zborovská 30, 150 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague), the operator of the Urbanlux.pl online shop.

What personal data do we process?

We process only the personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our services (e.g. when ordering our goods or registering to receive newsletters) or when entering into a contract for the use of this service.

Most commonly, this is the data you provide to us when registering for one of our services, namely: first name and surname, email address, contact address and/or delivery address, telephone number, payment details, profile information, other data provided voluntarily (e.g. via the contact form), as well as data we obtain as a result of your use of our services: IP address, cookies.

Why do we process personal data?

We process personal data so that we can provide the services you are interested in (by visiting our website, ordering goods, subscribing to newsletters, sending enquiries, etc.).

We process data for the following purposes:

• to send you marketing information
• to carry out analyses and measurements
• to improve the quality of our services

How long do we process your data?

We will process your data for the entire duration of your use of our services (i.e. for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us) and, subsequently, on the basis of the consent you have given, for a further 10 years, unless you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we must process personal data which is necessary for the proper provision of services or the fulfilment of all our obligations – regardless of whether these arise from the contract between us or from generally applicable legal provisions – irrespective of the consent you have given, for the period specified in the relevant legal provisions or in accordance with them, even after any withdrawal of consent. Data obtained as part of registration – provided that it is possible to use this service even without your consent to the processing of personal data – is processed for the duration of your use of the registered service, and then usually for 6–12 months following its cancellation. Thereafter, we usually retain only basic identification data and information regarding the reason for termination of registration, or data forming part of backups, for an appropriate period. Data obtained via the contact form or in connection with the submission of an enquiry is collected and retained for approximately 6 months from the date of receipt.

When consent to data processing is not required:

In the case of providing a service or supplying a product, fulfilling legal obligations arising for us from generally applicable legal provisions, or processing that is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring the security of our websites, etc.). The possibility and lawfulness of such processing derive directly from the applicable legal provisions.

Am I obliged to provide the personal data in question?

You provide your personal data to us voluntarily. To access certain services, it is necessary to provide specific personal data.

The processing of personal data – often exclusively in anonymised form, without the possibility of identifying you as a specific user – enables us to provide our services and to continuously improve them. If you do not give your consent, or if you subsequently withdraw it, we may no longer be able to provide certain services, or we may not be able to provide them to the full extent or to the same standard.
